Temporarily Vacant means a position that is vacant during a period of time in which the position cannot be posted.
Temporarily Vacant means suspension of membership, resignation not yet beenapproved or rejected, dismissal not yet been passed or rejected, those who fail to execute their powers or duties on time, or those who cannot be contacted within twenty-four hours4;
