Television Episode definition

Television Episode means a one-half or one broadcast hour (as applicable) episode of a television series made available by Licensor during the Avail Term and for which Licensor unilaterally controls without restriction the Necessary Rights.
Television Episode means a serialized half broadcast-hour, broadcast television program hour episodes, or other short-form content.
Television Episode means a serialized half broadcast-hour or broadcast hour television program episode, or other short-form content made available by Licensor to Licensee for commercial airline in-flight exhibition (a) with an Availability Date during the Avail Term, and (b) for which Licensor unilaterally controls without restriction the Necessary Rights.

  • Section 9 of the Original Agreement shall be amended by adding the following at the end thereof: The License Period for each Television Episode will start on its Availability Date and end on a date determined by Licensor in its sole discretion.

As used throughout this Agreement, “Standard Definition” or “SD” or “standard definition” shall mean (a) for NTSC, any resolution equal to or less than 480 lines of vertical resolution (and equal to or less than 720 lines of horizontal resolution) and (b) for PAL, any resolution equal to or less than 576 lines of vertical resolution (and equal to or less than 720 lines of horizontal resolution).
