With respect to the Initial Territory, Licensor currently anticipates categorizing Feature Films into one of the following pricing tiers: Television Episode Customer Transactions.
Notice of any adjustment to the DHE Distributor Price for a DHE Included Program that is not a Television Episode (“Repricing”) shall be set forth in a written notice to Licensee not less than 30 days prior to the effective date of such Repricing.
