Definition of Telerik Acquisition

Telerik Acquisition means the acquisition by the Borrower directly, or through one or more of its Subsidiaries, of 100% of the capital stock of Telerik AD, a Bulgarian joint-stock Borrower and its subsidiaries (collectively, "Telerik"), pursuant to the Telerik Acquisition Agreement.
