Telerate Page 7052 means the display page so designated on the Moneyline Telerate Service (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying comparable rates or prices).

If the Reference Banks provide fewer than two quotations, the rate for that day will be the arithmetic mean of the rates quoted by major banks in the Euro-zone, selected by the Administrator, at approximately 11:00 a.m., Brussels time, on that EURIBOR Determination Date, for loans in Euros to leading European banks having the applicable Index Maturity and in a principal amount of not less than EURO 1,000,000. If the banks selected as described above are not providing quotations, three-month EURIBOR in effect for the applicable Accrual Period will be three-month EURIBOR in effect for the previous Accrual Period. The "Reference Bank Rate" will be determined on the basis of the rates at which deposits in U.S. Dollars are offered by the reference banks (which shall be any three major banks that are engaged in transactions in the London interbank market, selected by the Trustee after consultation with the Master Servicer) as of 11:00 a.m., London time, on the LIBOR Rate Adjustment Date to prime banks in the London interbank market for a period of one month in amounts approximately equal to the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the LIBOR Certificates then outstanding. The Trustee shall request the principal London office of each of the reference banks to provide a quotation of its rate. If at least two such quotations are provided, the rate will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations rounded up to the next multiple of 1/16%. If on such date fewer than two quotations are provided as requested, the rate will be the arithmetic mean of the rates quoted by one or more major banks in New York City, selected by the Trustee after consultation with the Master Servicer, as of 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on such date for loans in U.S. Dollars to leading European banks for a period of one month in amounts approximately equal to the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the LIBOR Certificates then outstanding. The establishment of LIBOR by the Trustee on any LIBOR Rate Adjustment Date and the Trustee's subsequent calculation of the Pass-Through Rates applicable to the LIBOR Certificates for the relevant Interest Accrual Period, in the absence of manifest error, will be final and binding.   • Reuters Screen USPRIME1 Page means the display which appears on the display on Reuters (or any successor service) as page “USPRIME1” (or any other page as may replace such page), for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.

  • Reuters Screen means, when used in connection with a designated page and any designated information, the display page so designated on the Reuters Market 3000 (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying such information).

  • Reuters page means the display on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, on the page or pages specified in this prospectus supplement or the relevant pricing supplement, or any replacement page or pages on that service.

  • LIBOR Telerate is specified on the face hereof or neither “LIBOR Reuters” nor “LIBOR Telerate” is specified on the face hereof as the method for calculating LIBOR, the display on Telerate (or any successor service) on the page specified on the face hereof (or any other page as may replace such page on such service) for the purpose of displaying the London interbank rates of major banks for the LIBOR Currency.

  • Screen Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service (including, but not limited to, the Bloomberg agency and Reuters) as may be specified hereon for the purpose of providing the Benchmark, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Benchmark; and

  • Reuters LIBOR01 means the display designated on the Reuters 3000 Xtra Service on page LIBOR01 Page (or such other page as may replace “Reuters LIBOR01” page on the service or such other service as may be nominated by the British Bankers’ Association or other administrator of LIBOR for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates for United States dollar deposits or loans).
