Telephone Number Inventory definition

Telephone Number Inventory means the telephone numbers that have been assigned to or associated with individual paging units used by Sellers' customers as part of the Business, together with the telephone numbers available for assignment to or association with individual paging units as part of the Business and the telephone number, "▇ (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇," all as set forth on Schedule 5(F) hereto.
Telephone Number Inventory has the meaning set forth in Section 5(f)(ii) of this Agreement.

Examples of Telephone Number Inventory in a sentence

  • The Transferred Assets, including prepaid expenses and Telephone Number Inventory will be set forth in Schedules agreed to and prepared by the Parties at least ten (10) days prior to Closing.
