Telepak means Telepak Networks, Inc., or its lawful successor or assigns.

  • Telepak Networks will not be billed any additional LMU charges for the Loop ordered on such LSR.

  • The determination shall be made solely by Telepak Networks and BellSouth shall not be liable in any way for the performance of the advanced data services provisioned over said Loop.
