Telenet Facility Agent definition

Telenet Facility Agent means The Bank of Nova Scotia, acting as facility agent pursuant to the Senior Credit Facility or any successor or replacement Telenet Facility Agent, acting in such capacity.
Telenet Facility Agent means BNP Paribas.

  • Exit Facility Credit Agreement means the credit agreement, Filed with the Plan Supplement, which credit agreement shall contain terms and conditions consistent in all respects with those set forth on the Exit Facility Term Sheet and, to the extent any terms and conditions are not set forth on or contemplated therein, such other terms and conditions as are acceptable to the Special Restructuring Committee and the Majority Noteholders in the manner set forth in the Restructuring Support Agreement.

  • Facility Manager The Authorized User’s representative who is responsible for the day to day operations of the facility(s) referenced in the Project Definition.

  • Requisite Revolving Lenders means Lenders having (a) more than 50% of the Revolving Loan Commitments of all Lenders, or (b) if the Revolving Loan Commitments have been terminated, more than 50% of the aggregate outstanding amount of the Revolving Loan.
