Telemarketing Call means an unsolicited telephone call made to:
Telemarketing Call or “Call” shall mean an outbound residential or small business telemarketing call that is automatically dialed through the RMH Center’s automatic dialer to a lead contained in the MCI Data and then routed, via MCI’s system and the SMART/Call desktop application, to a TMR to handle the Services as measured by the ACD.
Telemarketing Call means a telecommunications call with a UAE Link and having audible content and which is conveyed on a Public Telecommunications Network to a Consumer and is initiated by a Person for the purpose of promoting or marketing that Person, or any services, or products, or promotions, etc. offered or provided by that Person or an associate of that Person and the term Telemarketing Call includes Licensee’s Telemarketing Calls;
More Definitions of Telemarketing Call
Telemarketing Call means has the meaning given to that term in section 5 of the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth), and Telemarket and Telemarketing shall have a corresponding meaning.
Telemarketing Call means any call initiated for the purpose of encouraging the purchase or rental of goods or services or alleged to be in violation of any telemarketing law. Debt Collection Calls are not “Telemarketing Calls” for purposes of this Agreement.
