Telecommunications Operating Authority definition

Telecommunications Operating Authority means the FCC and any State Telecommunications Operating Authority.

  • Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in the Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act, 4 U.S.C. Sec. 124.
