Telecommunications Hardware definition

Telecommunications Hardware means Equipment of any Company which is located in such Company’s service territory and not on a Company’s owned or leased premises which is used by such Company to provide telecommunications services to its customers.

  • Hardware means any and all computer and computer-related hardware, including, but not limited to, computers, file servers, facsimile servers, scanners, color printers, laser printers and networks.

  • Telecommunications Act means the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and any rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
