The Supporting Parties will preserve the current status quo with respect to the Telecommunications System and will continue to perform their respective obligations under the Telecommunications Contracts and the Declaration in accordance with their terms.

None of the Telecommunications Contracts contain any material terms or conditions that are inconsistent with the requirements of Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, 46 USC Section 151 et seq.
