Telecommunications Contracts definition

Telecommunications Contracts means the following contracts related to the Telecommunications System: (i) that certain Agreement To Obtain Communications Services dated as of December 24, 2004, by and between PIM and PCA, and (ii) that certain Bulk Services Agreement dated as of May 17, 2005, by and between PIM and Verizon Services Corp., and (iii) that certain Marketing Agreement dated as of May 17, 2005, by and between PIM and Verizon Services Corp.
Telecommunications Contracts means the telecommunications and information service contracts and licenses affecting the Premises or the operation thereof which are listed on Exhibit “1(D)”.
Telecommunications Contracts means all contracts and agreements between any Company and third parties for services and rights that are necessary for such Company to operate its telecommunications or communications businesses, including without limitation all contracts or agreements executed pursuant to Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, 46 USC Section 151 et seq.

Examples of Telecommunications Contracts in a sentence

  • The Supporting Parties will preserve the current status quo with respect to the Telecommunications System and will continue to perform their respective obligations under the Telecommunications Contracts and the Declaration in accordance with their terms.

  • The Supporting Parties recognize that a full, final and binding resolution of the Released Claims will be of immediate and continuing benefit to all Settlement Parties, and to The Peninsula as a whole, by removing the burden of costly, uncertain and potentially repetitive litigation, and by providing all Settlement Parties with greater certainty as to their future rights and obligations insofar as the Telecommunications Contracts and the Telecommunications System is concerned.

  • No Supporting Party will consent to or participate in any amendment to or modification of the Telecommunications Contracts.

  • To the extent then in its possession, RPM shall deliver to PCA original counterparts or copies of all Telecommunications Contracts, all books and records pertaining to the Telecommunications Contracts and the operation of the Telecommunications System, all customer lists, and all non-privileged correspondence related to any of the foregoing.

  • RPM shall execute and deliver to PCA an Assignment, Assumption and ▇▇▇▇ of Sale in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1 (the "Assignment"), pursuant to which RPM shall assign, set over and deliver to PCA, without representation or warranty of any kind by, and without recourse against, RPM or any other Bank Party, all right, title and interest of RPM in, to and under the Telecommunications Contracts and the Private Easement.

  • None of the Telecommunications Contracts contain any material terms or conditions that are inconsistent with the requirements of Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, 46 USC Section 151 et seq.

  • RPM shall execute and deliver to PCA an Assignment, Assumption and ▇▇▇▇ of Sale in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Assignment"), pursuant to which RPM shall assign, set over and deliver to PCA, without representation or warranty of any kind by, and without recourse against, RPM or any other Bank Party, all right, title and interest of RPM in, to and under the Telecommunications Contracts and the Private Easement.

  • Each Company has obtained all the prior consents or authorizations of, or made all required notices to, the FCC, any State PUC or Foreign Regulatory Authority, and obtained all prior consents to assign or transfer all Telecommunications Contracts required for the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements.

  • Those certain Telecommunications Contracts set forth on Schedule 7.1.10 herein are incorporated by reference.
