Telecommunication Meeting definition

Telecommunication Meeting means a meeting held by telephone, email, video, or any other technology (or any combination of these technologies), which permits each Director at a meeting of Directors, or each Voting Member at a meeting of members to communicate with any other participant. Such forms of meeting need to be reflected in the Boards minutes.
Telecommunication Meeting means a meeting held by any technology (or any combination of technologies), held in accordance with clause 15, or virtual meeting technology in accordance with the Corporations Act; and
Telecommunication Meeting means a meeting held by telephone, video or any other technology (or combination of these technologies), which permits each Board Member at a Board Meeting or each Member entitled to vote at a Special Meeting or Annual General Meeting to communicate with any other participant.
