Telecom Services definition

Telecom Services means services provided by a Telecom Provider using Telecom Equipment.
Telecom Services shall have the meaning set forth in the Newco LLC Agreement.
Telecom Services means and include all services customarily provided by an integrated telecom operator including but not limited to those services being offered by the Company and/or its Subsidiaries at the relevant time.

More Definitions of Telecom Services

Telecom Services means any of the following products or services: (a) Advanced Services, Information Service, InterLATA Service, Telephone Exchange Service, Electronic Publishing Service, or any other Telecommunications Service (other than Cellular Service, Paging Service, PCS Service, Wireless Data Services and/or Part 27 Service); (b) all current and future ancillary services offered in conjunction with any of the services listed in (a), including, but not limited to, voice mail, caller ID, call waiting, directory listing services, calling card services, toll calling plans and associated CPE and any successors thereto; (c) security services, virtual private networks and associated CPE; and (d) any product or service that emulates or replicates the foregoing utilizing an IP protocol and the PSTN (including IP telephony, IP fax, unified messaging and Internet call waiting and associated CPE). For the purpose of this definition, the terms Information Service, InterLATA Service, Telephone Exchange Service and Telecommunications Service each have the meaning set forth in Section 3 of the Communications Act and the term Electronic Publishing Service has the meaning set forth in Section 274(h) of the Communications Act.
Telecom Services means persons engaged in the provision of telecommunication and internet services within Norfolk Island and between Norfolk Island and the rest of the world
Telecom Services means the businesses of providing (i) mobile telephony (whether as owner or virtual network operator), (ii) fixed telephony, (iii) broadband access or (iv) pay-tv services.
Telecom Services means any of the following products or services: (i) long distance phone services, local phone services, wireless phone services, paging services, audio or video conferencing services, unified communications services (also known as unified messaging services, UCS and UMS), centrex services and any successors thereto; (ii) all ancillary services provided that such services are offered in conjunction with any of the services listed in clause (i), including, but not limited to, voice mail, caller ID, call waiting, call forwarding, calling card services, toll calling plans and associated consumer premises equipment and any successors thereto; (iii) virtual private networks and associated consumer premises equipment; (iv) voice and data network services such as ATM, DSL, frame relay and optical transport, network design and integration, telecommunications equipment installation, web hosting services, telecommunications maintenance and support services and telecommunications software development services; (v) software or services that enable businesses to transmit or exchange on an automated basis without human interaction from one computer system to another (A) data to effect, monitor, track, record or otherwise facilitate the purchase and sale of goods or services, the provision of materials or supplies, the payment therefor or transportation thereof or (B) data generated or used by businesses, governmental entities or other organizations; (vi) any product or service that emulates or replicates any of the foregoing utilizing an Internet protocol (IP) and/or the PSTN (including, without limitation, IP telephony, IP fax, voice-over-IP, UCS and Internet call waiting and associated CPE); and (vii) multichannel video distribution services (e.g., cable and direct broadcast satellite services), broadcast distribution video services, or pay-per-view or pay-per-download video distribution services; provided, however, that none of the foregoing products or services shall be Telecom Services if and to the extent they are (x) offered ancillary to, and delivered in connection with, any Existing IYP Directory or Future Electronic Directory and the RHD Entities do not derive any material incremental compensation from or as a result of the offer or delivery of such ancillary products or services or (y) marketing consultancy or marketing-related services provided by any RHD Entity to small and medium sized businesses in the Territory, in each case in this clause (y), which do ...
Telecom Services has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a). “Third Party Consent” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(b). “Transaction” has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(b). “Transferring Employees” has the meaning set forth in Section 1.5(a). “Transition Period” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
