Examples of Teck Employees in a sentence

  • From February 28, 2003 or the Teck Employee Transfer Date, as applicable, to the Pension Transfer Dates, Teck shall cause the funding agent for the Teck DB Pension Plan to process and record, as required, all benefit payments relating to Members and the Teck Employees, as applicable, under the Teck DB Pension Plan and shall remain responsible for all benefit calculations, communications and the completion of all forms and reports under the Teck DB Pension Plan relating to the Members and Teck Employees.

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Permanent Employees means all employees who are not casual employees, or employees working in a long-term supply assignment, as defined below.

  • Company Employee means an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Public employee means an individual holding a position by appointment or employment in the government of this state, in the government of 1 or more of the political subdivisions of this state, in the public school service, in a public or special district, in the service of an authority, commission, or board, or in any other branch of the public service, subject to the following exceptions:

  • Transferring Employees means employees of the Incumbent Contractor who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Service and who are subject of a Relevant Transfer to the Contractor by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.

  • Affected Employees means those employees who are exposed to the hazard(s) identified as a violation(s) in a citation.

  • Former Employee means all individuals (including common law employees, independent contractors and individual consultants) who were employed or engaged by the Company in connection with the Business but who are no longer so employed or engaged on the date hereof.
