Technology use agreement – means an agreement between a manufacturer and a farmer that controls the right to plant a given genetically engineered plant part, seed or plant on a specific area of land for a certain period of time.
Technology License Agreement means the agreement in the form of Exhibit H hereto.
Data Use Agreement means the agreement incorporated into the Contract to facilitate creation, receipt, maintenance, use, disclosure or access to Confidential Information.
License Agreement means the agreement between SAP (or an SAP SE Affiliate, or an authorized reseller) under which Customer procured the rights to use SAP Software or a Cloud Service.
Software License Agreement means the particular Software License Agreement to which these Terms and Conditions are attached and incorporated into by reference.
End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.
Development Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Use Agreement means a written agreement between a primary licensee and a Type S applicant or licensee that specifies the designated area of the Type S licensee, the days and hours in which the Type S licensee is assigned to use the common-use area, any allocation of responsibility for compliance pursuant to Section 40196, and an acknowledgement that the Type S licensee has sole and exclusive use of the common- use area during the Type S licensee’s assigned time period.
Cross License Agreement means that certain Cross License Agreement between and among Medarex, Cell Genesys, Inc., Abgenix, Inc., Xenotech, L.P. and Japan Tobacco Inc., dated March 26, 1997.
Sublicense Agreement means any agreement or arrangement pursuant to which Licensee (or an Affiliate or Sublicensee) grants to any third party any of the license rights granted to the Licensee under the Agreement.
Collaboration Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Assistance Agreement means a for- mal, written agreement between the CDFI Fund and an Awardee which specifies the terms and conditions of assistance under this part;
Software Agreement means the agreements on the license and support of standard software.
Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:
License Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.11 hereof.
Technology Transfer Agreement has the meaning given in Section 2.2(e).
Cooperation Agreement means that certain Mortgage Loan Cooperation Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among Borrower, Lender and Sponsor, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance herewith.
IP License Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(b).
Services Agreement means an agreement entered into between a Utility and one or more Affiliates for the provision of Shared Services or For Profit Affiliate Services and shall provide for the following matters as appropriate in the circumstances:
Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.
Patent License Agreement means the Patent License Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit H.
Collaboration Technology means the Collaboration Know-How and the Collaboration Patents.
Technology startup company means a for profit business that
Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.
Intellectual Property License Agreement means the license of Intellectual Property by and between Weyerhaeuser and Newco substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B.
Technology Systems means the electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, hardware, third party software, networks, peripherals and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, and Intellectual Property used by either party and its Subsidiaries or by a third party.
Intellectual Property Matters Agreement means the Intellectual Property Matters Agreement to be entered into by and between Parent and SpinCo or the members of their respective Groups in connection with the Separation, the Distribution or the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time.
