Technology Transfer Term definition

Technology Transfer Term means the time period following the Effective Date, as determined by the Technology Transfer Team, during which the Technology Transfer will take place.
Technology Transfer Term means the period commencing on the date of receipt by Iontas of a written notice from Agenus confirming that Agenus is ready to start the Agenus Training Project, and ending on the earlier of: (a) the first anniversary of the receipt of such notice; and (b) the date 18 months from the Effective Date.

  • During the Technology Transfer Term, Genentech and Denali shall perform the obligations and roles of each Party as outlined in the Technology Transfer Plan attached hereto as Exhibit C with the intent of completing such obligations by the expiration of the Technology Transfer Term.

  • Collaboration Technology means the Collaboration Know-How and the Collaboration Patents.
