Technology Transfer Objectives definition

Technology Transfer Objectives means: the objectives to be agreed in writing by the Parties at the commencement of the Technology Transfer Phase as specified in the applicable Service Specific Addendum.
Technology Transfer Objectives means: the objectives to be met by the provision of the Technology Transfer Activities, as described in the applicable Work Order.
