Technology Transfer Completion definition

Technology Transfer Completion means completion of SELLAS’ obligations to conduct the Technology Transfer under the Technology Transfer Plan.

More Definitions of Technology Transfer Completion

Technology Transfer Completion and “Technology Transfer Plan” have the respective meanings set forth in Section 7.4.
