Technology Transfer Completion Date definition

Technology Transfer Completion Date means the earlier of (a) the date on which the activities [***], as set forth in the Technology Transfer Plan, has been completed, but for clarity, excluding [***] and (b) the [***].
Technology Transfer Completion Date means the date on which Anteris has received from vTv all vTv Know-How and all Licensed Compound and other materials specified to be provided pursuant to Section 4.2.
Technology Transfer Completion Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
