Technologist definition

Technologist means any qualified person who performs tests which require the exercise of independent judgment and responsibility with supervision by the director or supervisor, in only those specialties or subspecialties in which the person is qualified by education, training, and experience.
Technologist is the person duly trained and qualified to assist the Practice, under the supervision of a physician member of the Practice, in the performance of the Procedures and the operation of the Program and provided to the Practice by MedCare in accordance with this Agreement.
Technologist means an officer having prescribed qualifications appointed in the grade of a professor, Associate Professor or Assistant Professor engaged whole time in adapting, improving or developing technology and scientific equipment or assigned such other duties for the teaching, research and development of technology as may be prescribed;
