Technological Information means research data, designs, formulae, process information and other information pertaining to the invention(s) claimed in the Patent Rights which is created by ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ and owned by Hospital and is not confidential information of or otherwise obligated to any third party and which ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ knows as of the Effective Date and reasonably believes is necessary in order for Company to utilize the licenses granted hereunder, as further described in Appendix D. Technological Information means information derived from basic or applied research that provides an improved practical understanding of the business component; and
