Technological Enhancement definition

Technological Enhancement means, with respect to an item of Licensed Content, any conversion, enhancement optimization, reformatting, coding, provisioning or other similar process used to create such Licensed Content in, or convert or adapt such Licensed Content into, any format that can be used for the Broadcast of Audiovisual Content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the term “Technological Enhancement” shall not include conversion from analog to digital formats.

  • The Board shall provide a Technological Enhancement Program fund of $30,000.00/year for Elementary ETFO members covered by this Collective Agreement.

  • In the event that Licensor or an Affiliate thereof does undertake any such conversion or Technological Enhancement, Licensee will pay the costs and expenses for such conversion or Technological Enhancement (in accordance with the agreed Technology Services Budget) upon provision by Licensor or an Affiliate thereof of appropriate documentation evidencing such costs and expenses.

  • If Licensee has requested delivery of Licensed Content in a digital or other format in accordance with Section 8.1(a) but Univision Group does not then have such digital or other format of such Licensed Content, Licensee may request, by delivery of a Technology Services Request to Licensor, the conversion or Technological Enhancement of such Licensed Content to such digital or other format.

  • If, following Licensee’s delivery of a Technology Services Request with respect to any requested Technological Enhancement, Licensor is unwilling or unable to undertake the requested process for any reason, then, so long as such Licensed Content has already been converted into, or was created in, a digital format, and subject to Licensor’s approval over the Technical Specifications, Licensee shall be permitted to undertake or procure such Technological Enhancement at its own cost and expense.

Related to Technological Enhancement

  • Enhancement means, with respect to any Series of Notes, the rights and benefits provided to the Noteholders of such Series of Notes pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, cash collateral account, overcollateralization, issuance of subordinated Notes, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity guaranty facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate swap or any other similar arrangement.

  • DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES means therapies, typically provided by a qualified professional using a treatment plan, that are intended to lessen deficiencies in normal age appropriate function. The therapies generally are meant to limit deficiencies related to injury or disease that have been present since birth. This is true even if the deficiency was detected during a later developmental stage. The deficiency may be the result of injury or disease during the developmental period. Developmental services are applied for sustained periods of time to promote acceleration in developmentally related functional capacity. This plan covers developmental services unless specifically listed as not covered.

  • Innovative control technology means any system of air pollution control that has not been adequately demonstrated in practice, but would have a substantial likelihood of achieving greater continuous emissions reduction than any control system in current practice or of achieving at least comparable reductions at lower cost in terms of energy, economics, or non-air quality environmental impacts.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Series Enhancement means the rights and benefits provided to the Trust or the Investor Certificateholders of any Series or Class pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, insurance policy, cash collateral guaranty, subordinated interest in the Trust Assets, cash collateral account, collateral interest, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity liquidity facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement or other similar arrangement. The subordination of any Series or Class to another Series or Class shall be deemed to be a Series Enhancement.

  • Diagnostic Services means services provided for the purpose of determining the nature and cause of a condition, ill- ness, or injury.

  • Diagnostic x-ray system means an x-ray system designed for irradiation of any part of the human or animal body for the purpose of diagnosis or visualization.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.
