Technical Matters definition

Technical Matters has the meaning given in to it under section 45 of the Energy Act 2008;
Technical Matters means all matters relating to (a) Test Program transfer, evaluation and release, (b) probecard/loadboard configuration, (c) determination of gross/net die per Wafer, (d) determination of test time, (e) tester platform and package information, (f) test flow, (g) bonding diagram, (h) marking instructions, (i) assembly process flow requirements, (j) assembly qualification approval, (k) bill xx materials, and (l) such other matters that the Parties may mutually designate in writing as "Technical Matters";
Technical Matters mean all matters related to (a) transfer, evaluation and release of test programs for sort and/or final test, (b) probecard and/or loadboard configuration; (c) determination of good die per Wafer ('gdpw'), net die per Wafer ('ndpw'), sort test time and final test time; (d) tester platform and package information; (e) test and/or process flow requirements; (f) bonding diagram, marking instructions, assembly process requirements and qualification requirements and bill xx materials, (g) quality and reliability requirements; and (h) such other matters that the Parties may mutually designate in writing from time to time as 'Technical Matters'.
