Technical Management Agreement definition

Technical Management Agreement means the agreement entered into between a Borrower and the Approved Technical Manager regarding the technical management of a Ship.

Technical Management Agreement means any agreement entered into between the Bareboat Charterer and the Technical Manager for the technical management of the Vessel.
