Technical Facilities definition

Technical Facilities or “Facilities” shall mean all real property, equipment, and fixtures used by Franchisee in the distribution of its services through its system and includes, but is not limited to, poles, conduit, cables, wires, microwave transmitters, antennae, amplifiers, etc.
Technical Facilities means electronic communications network equipment and facilities used to originate, process, transfer, transmit or receive electronic communications calls and information signals.
