Technical Documents definition

Technical Documents means all studies, reports, spreadsheets and databases, in any form, relating to the Contract Area or the Petroleum Activities.
Technical Documents means Technical Information including, by way of example, (i) technical specifications issued by Pirelli and sent to the Supplier for the purposes of detailing the Material, (ii) documents about methods for detailing values used in a technical specification, and (iii) written information about Material approval, transport, and delivery procedures;
