Technical Developments definition

Technical Developments means the developments described in the Schedule of Technical Developments.
Technical Developments means all physical embodiments of Licensed Patent Rights including technical data, drawings, and research information, including all progeny and derivative works thereof, developed by or under the supervision of Xx. Xxxx Xxxxxxxx ("Xx. Xxxxxxxx").
