Technical Date definition

Technical Date mean all data provided by IMEC or ON SEMI concerning the ON SEMI 0.35µ CMOS I3T50, ON SEMI 0.35µ CMOS C035M-D and C035M-A technologies to Licensee such as, but not limited to, design rules, transistor models, design manuals, documentation, standard cell libraries, design kits, etc. These data may be provided by IMEC or ON SEMI through FTP transfer, e-mail, CD-Rom or paper.
Technical Date. As defined by the Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 C.F.R. ss.120.10.

Related to Technical Date

  • Technical Data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.

  • Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.

  • Supply Start Date means the date(s) specified in clause 2.8;

  • TO Technical Proposal means the TO Contractor’s technical response to the CATS+ TORFP dated date of TO Technical Proposal.

  • SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.
