  1. Technical Capital to Risk Weighted Assets Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of (i) Technical Capital to (ii) the aggregate amount of risk weighted assets of the Borrower, determined in accordance with Colombian banking regulations, computed as of the last day of the most recent fiscal quarter ended prior to such date of determination, as required to be reported to the Superintendencia Financiera.
