Technical and Organisational Measures definition

Technical and Organisational Measures means those measures aimed at protecting Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against all other unlawful forms of processing
Technical and Organisational Measures means the technical and organisational measures agreed by the Parties in the Agreement and any additional technical and organisational measures implemented by Palantir pursuant to its obligations under applicable Data Protection Laws.
Technical and Organisational Measures means the technical and organisational measures set out at https://www.opentext.com/assets/documents/en-US/pdf/opentext-technical-and-organizational-measures- en.pdf (and also referred to as Appendix 3) which are incorporated into this DPA by reference, as may be amended, updated or replaced from time to time.

Technical and Organisational Measures have the meaning as set out in the GDPR and its equivalent provisions in the UK GDPR.
