Technical and Financial Partners definition

Technical and Financial Partners means collectively the donors and other partners involved in the provision of financial or technical support to the Recipient for the implementation of the Program.
Technical and Financial Partners means the donors and development partners which support PPDU activities through financing, technical assistance and capacity building;
Technical and Financial Partners means, collectively, the donors participating in the financing of the Recipient’s policy on higher education.
