Technical Acceptance Letter definition

Technical Acceptance Letter means a Technical Acceptance Letter in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.
Technical Acceptance Letter means a Technical Acceptance Letter acknowledging the completion of the inspection of the Aircraft, Aircraft Documents and Inventory, in the form of Exhibit 3 attached hereto.
