Teaming Arrangement definition

Teaming Arrangement means the business relationship between OXYS and PPA, established pursuant to this agreement.
Teaming Arrangement means an arrangement, as provided in Subpart 9.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, in which: (a) two or more companies form a partnership or joint venture to act as a potential prime contractor; or (b) a potential prime contractor agrees with one or more other companies to have them act as its subcontractors under a specified Government contract or acquisition program.
Teaming Arrangement means the business relationship between FPI and IX Energy, established pursuant to this agreement.
