Team Revenue definition

Team Revenue has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.
Team Revenue means the identified revenue generated specifically for a Team based upon earned and paid sponsoring, licensing, and merchandising opportunities, agreements, etc., and “Net Team Revenue” means Team Revenue minus all costs and expenses incurred in relation to such Team Revenue, including, without limitation, payments regarding commission, the operation of GPL, the Global Poker League, or the Team, and/or any other costs incurred by GPL and/or the Team in relation to providing the services serving as the basis for earning Team Revenue.

Examples of Team Revenue in a sentence

  • The Parties acknowledge that the naming rights sponsor may also enter into a separate sponsorship contract with the Team or any Second Team, and revenue under such separate sponsorship contract will be Team Revenue (as defined in Article 11 below).

  • Further, Naming Rights Revenue will not include revenue from rights to name or sponsor components of the Stadium, or from advertising or promotional activities, all of which are included in Team Revenue.

  • Unless otherwise agreed by 49ers Stadium Company, Naming Rights Revenue will not include revenue from rights to name or sponsor components of the Stadium, or from advertising or promotional activities, all of which are included in the Team Revenue.

  • Player shall be entitled to receive a percentage of Net Team Revenue.

  • In the event the audit discloses an understatement of ANT Team Revenue such that payment of a Fixed Payment should have been accelerated pursuant to Section 3.4, but was not accelerated, Buyer shall, within ten (10) days after receipt of the audit report, pay Seller such Fixed Payment, and reimburse Seller for all actual costs of the audit, including travel, lodging and wages, reasonably incurred.

  • For Team Revenue earned during any GPL Season, such Net Team Revenue shall be distributed as follows: • Seventy Percent (70%) of Net Team Revenue – directly to GPL • Twenty Percent (20%) of Net Team Revenue – o Fifteen Percent (15%) evenly amongst Player and members of Player’s Team o Five Percent (5%) to the Player’s Team Manager • Ten Percent (10%) of Net Team Revenue – evenly amongst all other members of GPL Teams who are NOT a member of Player’s Team.

  • For example, a member of a GPL’s San Francisco Team shall be entitled to an evenly distributed portion of 10% of Player’s Net Team Revenue pursuant to this Section so long as Player is not a member of the GPL’s San Francisco Team.
