Definition of Team Agreements

Team Agreements means each of the Marketing Agreement dated as of August 22, 2002 among Continental Airlines, Inc., Northwest and Delta, as amended, the Global Airlines Alliance Agreement in respect of SkyTeam, as amended, and all related adherence and implementing agreements.
