Teachers on Special Assignment. (TOSA) Returning to the Classroom A TOSA is considered on leave from their regular position; therefore, when the leave ends, the bargaining unit member shall be returned to a teaching position at their current or original site, if open. A TOSA who is returning to a teaching assignment that is not able to remain at their current site or is not able to return to their original site due to no open position shall select, in order of district seniority, from open positions for which they are qualified. Such placement shall be made consistent with the applicable provisions of Section C. and D. above.

Related to Teachers on Special Assignment

  • General Assignment means, in relation to a Ship, a general assignment of the Earnings, the Insurances and any Requisition Compensation in the Agreed Form;

  • Assignment of Contracts shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.07.

  • Collateral Assignment means, with respect to any Contracts, the original instrument of collateral assignment of such Contracts by the Company, as Seller, to the Collateral Agent, substantially in the form included in Exhibit A hereto.
