Tea Break definition

Tea Break paid breaks Meal Break: 1 x 30minute unpaid break Each Employee will be entitled to a 10 minute paid rest break before each 1.5 hours of Overtime worked provided that the employee is required to work after completion of the rest break. If the Overtime period of 1.5 hours is not completed the Employee will not be paid for the 10 minute rest break.

  • Data Breaches Party shall report to AHS, though its Chief Information Officer (CIO), any impermissible use or disclosure that compromises the security, confidentiality or privacy of any form of protected personal information identified above within 24 hours of the discovery of the breach. Party shall in addition comply with any other data breach notification requirements required under federal or state law.
