TDT. Transport Technical Supervision, a state-owned legal person established on the basis of Article 42 Section 1 of the Technical Supervision Act of 21 December 2000 (consolidated text, Dz.U. 2021, item 272), authorised, inter alia, to issue operating permits.

TDT contained in the first paragraph of this Amendment shall be incorporated into the Credit Agreement. On the date hereof, TDT will make payments to the other Lenders in such amounts as may be determined by Agent in order to accomplish the re-allocation of the Proportionate Shares being effected pursuant to this Amendment, each of which payments shall be deemed to decrease the outstanding principal balance of the Loan payable to the Lender receiving the payment and to increase the outstanding principal balance of the Loan payable to TDT.
