TDSPs definition

TDSPs means the transmission and distribution service providers.

Related to TDSPs

  • RDSP means a registered disability savings plan as defined in the Tax Act.

  • Siemens means Siemens AG (Germany) and its Affiliates.

  • BPSS means the recognised standard for HMG for staff vetting which comprises verification of (1) identity, (2) employment history, (3) nationality and immigration status (including the right to work), and Criminal Records Bureau check (including a five (5) year address history check).

  • T&Cs means these terms and conditions.

  • TDSAT means Telecom Dispute Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi.

  • SAIC means the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the PRC and/or its regional and local counterparts.

  • Cisco “we” “our” or “us” means Cisco Systems, Inc. or its applicable Affiliate(s).

  • LSI means Large Scale Industry

  • HSA or “Health Savings Account” means a health savings account, as defined in Code Section 223(d).

  • FMCSA means Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

  • CTI means CTI Logistics Limited (ABN 69 008 778 925) and/or any Affiliate of CTI Logistics Limited as the case may be, which performs all or any of the Services.

  • FIS means free into store delivery, which requires the Supplier to pay all costs and be responsible for all requirements associated with the supply and delivery of Goods to the Company at the delivery site described in the Order, including all costs associated with transport, insurances, licences, authorisations, duties and taxes.

  • BSC means the balancing and settlement code required to be in place, pursuant to the transmission licence granted to the transmission company in England and Wales, as from time to time modified.

  • TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.

  • EMD means Earnest Money Deposit.

  • MPC means Marathon Petroleum Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

  • WSP means the greater of (i) the first published price of the Licensed Product offered to retailers by Publisher as evidenced by a sell sheet or price list issued by Publisher, or (ii) the actual price paid by retailers upon the first commercial shipment of a Licensed Product without offsets, rebates or deductions from invoices of any kind.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • ICS means the International Chamber of Shipping.

  • BOC means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, an unincorporated association comprised of the Major League Clubs who are party to the Major League Constitution, and any successor organization thereto.
