T&D Business definition

T&D Business means the business of the Licensee in relation to the Transmission & Distribution and retail supply of electrical energy in the Service Territory, including all of its supply procurement and management, generation dispatch, delivery and Consumer service responsibilities, in accordance with this Licence;
T&D Business means the electric transmission and distribution business and operations conducted with the T&D Assets by TXU Electric prior to the Separation Date and any business conducted by any member of the T&D Group on and after the Separation Date. "T&D Group" includes T&D, any direct and indirect Subsidiary of T&D, including TXU Transition Bond Company LLC and each Person that becomes a Subsidiary of T&D after the Separation Date. The T&D Group shall not include any member of the Trading Group, the Genco Group, the TXU Retail Group, the SESCO Retail Group or SESCO.
