TCEH Committee definition

TCEH Committee means the statutory committee of unsecured creditors of the TCEH Debtors and EFH Corporate Services appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code by the U.S. Trustee on May 13, 2014, the membership of which may be reconstituted from time to time.

Examples of TCEH Committee in a sentence

  • Upon dissolution of the EFH/EFIH Committee and TCEH Committee, the members thereof and their respective officers, employees, counsel, advisors, and agents shall be released and discharged from all rights and duties from or related to the Chapter 11 Cases.

  • Before the Effective Date, the TCEH Debtors shall create, in consultation with the TCEH Committee, a list of Disputed Class C5 Claims that shall be Allowed Class C5 Claims as of the Effective Date.

  • Creditors’ Committee means the statutory committee of unsecured creditors appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Joint Committee means the committee established under Article 19 [Joint Committee];
