TCAP means the Tax Credit Assistance Program, through which HUD awards grants ("TCAP Funds") to the Committee to provide funding to complete construction or rehabilitation of qualified housing developments.
Any other SS7 message services to be provided using TCAP messages (such as data base queries) will be jointly negotiated and agreed upon.
The Parties will cooperate on the exchange of all appropriate SS7 messages for local and intraLATA call set-up signaling, including ISUP and Transaction Capabilities Application Part ("TCAP") messages to facilitate full interoperability of all CLASS Features and functions between their respective networks.
This information will include the porting DN, the LRN of the recipient switch, and Destination Point Codes (DPCs) for CLASS and LIDB Transaction Capability Application Part (TCAP) messages.
The Mortgagor acknowledges that certain of the covenants contained in this Agreement are based upon TCAP Regulations and other TCAP requirements developed by HUD, as they exist on the date hereof and that the TCAP Regulations and other TCAP requirements may be subsequently modified or interpreted by the federal government in a manner which the Authority believes is inconsistent with the covenants set forth herein.
All privacy indicators will be honored, and the Parties agree to cooperate on the exchange of Transactional Capabilities Application Part (TCAP) messages to facilitate full interoperability of CCS-based features between the respective networks.
