Definition of TCAP


TCAP means the Port Authority's Tenant Construction and Alteration Process, as the same may change or be amended from time to time. Compliance with the TCAP shall include, without limitation, compliance with the Port Authority Tenant Construction Review Manual and the Port Authority Aviation Department Tenant Construction and Alteration Process Manual as the same may be amended from time to time.
