TC PipeLines, through its subsidiary TC PipeLines ILP, and ONEOK Partners, through its subsidiary ONEOK Partners Intermediate Limited Partnership, each own a 50 per cent interest in Northern Border.
Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.
Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.
Transmission pipeline means any high pressure transmission pipeline connected to, but excluding the Maui Pipeline, that is used for the open access transportation of Gas, and includes all items of plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings directly appurtenanced to that pipeline, but excluding any item which is controlled by a party other than that pipeline’s TP Welded Party and any low pressure distribution system.
Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.
connection pipe means a pipe, the ownership of which is vested in the municipality and installed by it for the purpose of conveying water from a main to a water installation, and includes a “communication pipe” referred to in SANS 0252 Part I;
Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.
LNG means liquefied natural gas.
Train Loading Infrastructure means conveyors, stockpile areas, blending and screening facilities, stackers, re‑claimers and other infrastructure reasonably required for the loading of iron ore, freight goods or other products onto the relevant Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port; and
MLP GP means any general partner of any MLP and any general partner of the general partner of any MLP.
Train Unloading Infrastructure means train unloading infrastructure reasonably required for the unloading of iron ore from the Railway to be processed, or blended with other iron ore, at processing or blending facilities in the vicinity of that train unloading infrastructure and with the resulting iron ore products then loaded on to the Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port. Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.
Limited lines producer means a person who sells, solicits, or negotiates limited lines insurance.
NGL means natural gas liquids.
Logistics means the process of lifting coal from mines, bulk transportation and shall include loading and unloading at various points as may be necessary to effect the transportation as defined in Clause 2.0 Vol.-III, Scope of Work. It shall also imply necessary arrangements with transporters including railways, knowhow about processes, co-ordinating with various interfaces involved, minimizing losses, demurrages and including related documentation and arranging access to Railway siding etc.
Gathering means any assembly, concourse or procession in or on—

Terminals means, collectively (a) the Initial Terminals; and (b) any other terminals, storage facilities, wharfage, tankage and loading racks owned or leased by any Loan Party that are used in the Business.
