Taxing Authorities definition

Taxing Authorities means Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, Her Majesty the Queen in right of any province or territory of Canada, any municipality of Canada, the Canada Revenue Agency, the Canada Border Services Agency, any similar revenue or taxing authority of Canada and each and every province or territory of Canada (including Revenu Québec) and any political subdivision thereof and any Canadian or foreign government, regulatory authority, government department, agency, commission, bureau, minister, court, tribunal or body or regulation making entity exercising taxing authority or power, and “Taxing Authority” means any one of the Taxing Authorities;
Taxing Authorities means any Governmental Authority that has the power to impose Taxes upon Borrower or any of the Collateral.
Taxing Authorities means Her Majesty the Queen, Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, Her Majesty the Queen in right of any province or territory of Canada, the Canada Revenue Agency, any similar revenue or taxing authority of each and every province or territory of Canada or municipality therein and any political subdivision thereof, and any Canadian or foreign governmental authority exercising taxing powers in administering and/or collecting Taxes;

Examples of Taxing Authorities in a sentence

  • Such cooperation shall include providing signatures with respect to any Tax Returns that must be filed, and providing copies of relevant Tax Returns or portions thereof, together with accompanying schedules, related work papers and documents relating to rulings or other determinations by Taxing Authorities.

Taxing Authorities means Internal Revenue Service and any other Federal, state, or local Authority which has the right to impose Taxes on Seller Companies or Parent.
