Definition of Taxes Overconcentration Amount

  1. Taxes Overconcentration Amount means, at any time, the amount by which the aggregate amount of taxes included in the Outstanding Balance of all Receivables exceeds the product of (i) the percentage set forth on Schedule IV hereto under the heading "Taxes Overconcentration Percentage" applicable to the Ratings Period then in effect at such time and (ii) the aggregate amount of taxes included in the Outstanding Balance of all Receivables at such time.

Taxes Overconcentration Amount means, at any time, the amount by which the aggregate amount of taxes included in the Outstanding Balance of all Receivables exceeds the product of (i) the percentage set forth on Schedule IV hereto under the heading "Taxes Overconcentration Percentage" applicable to the Ratings Period then in effect at such time and (ii) the aggregate amount of taxes included in the Outstanding Balance of all Receivables at such time.
