Taxation Authority definition

Taxation Authority means any domestic or foreign government, agency or authority that is entitled to impose Taxes or to administer any applicable Tax legislation.
Taxation Authority means any Governmental Authority having any responsibility for (a) the determination, assessment or collection or payment of any Tax, or (b) the administration, implementation or enforcement of or compliance with any law relating to any Tax.
Taxation Authority means HM Revenue & Customs and any other governmental, state, federal, provincial, local, governmental or municipal authority, body or official competent to impose, administer or collect any Taxation liability whether in the UK or elsewhere in the world;
