taxable facility means a business facility that is registered as a taxable facility under section 7;

  • Available Facility means, in relation to a Facility, the aggregate for the time being of each Lender’s Available Commitment in respect of that Facility.

  • Eligible facility means any hospital, skilled nursing facility, intermediate care facility, or basic care facility licensed by the state department of health, or any assisted living facility licensed by the department of human services; and

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Available Facility Amount is defined in Section 2.2(a).

  • Transaction Payroll Taxes means the employer portion of any payroll or employment Taxes incurred or accrued with respect to any bonuses, option exercises, payments to employee stock option holders or other compensatory payments made in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Post-Distribution Tax Period means a Tax year beginning and ending after the Distribution Date.

  • REO Tax As defined in Section 3.17(a).

  • State facility means a center or a hospital operated by the department.

  • Applicable Facility Fee means the percentage set forth in the table below corresponding to the Level at which the “Applicable Margin” is determined in accordance with the definition thereof: Level Facility Fee 2 0.125% 3 0.150% 4 0.200% 5 0.250%

  • Tax Period means, with respect to any Tax, the period for which the Tax is reported as provided under the Code or other applicable Tax Law.

  • Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • Taxable value shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.04(10) of the TEXAS TAX CODE.

  • Base taxable value means the agreed value specified in a resolution or interlocal agreement under Subsection 17C-1-102(8) from which tax increment will be collected.

  • Pre-Distribution Tax Period means any taxable period (or portion thereof) that ends on or before the Distribution Date.

  • Taxable Property means all Assessor’s Parcels which are not Exempt Property.

  • Taxable Period means any taxable year or any other period that is treated as a taxable year with respect to which any Tax may be imposed under any applicable statute, rule or regulation.

  • Taxable Allocation means, with respect to any Series, the allocation of any net capital gains or other income taxable for federal income tax purposes to a dividend paid in respect of such Series.

  • Distribution facilities means electric facilities located in Delaware that are owned by a public utility that operate at voltages of 34,500 volts or below and that are used to deliver electricity to Retail Electric Customers, up through and including the point of physical connection with electric facilities owned by the Retail Electric Customer.

  • Input Tax Credit means the credit of input tax;

  • Straddle Tax Period means a Tax period that begins on or before the Closing Date and ends after the Closing Date.

  • Production Tax Credit or “PTC” means the tax credit for electricity produced from certain renewable generation resources described in Section 45 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Distribution line means any single or multiphase electric power line operating at nominal voltage in either of the following ranges: 2,000 to 26,000 volts between ungrounded conductors or 1,155 to 15,000 volts between grounded and ungrounded conductors, regardless of the functional service provided by the line.

  • Distributed generation facility means a facility owned and operated by a member of the Cooperative for the production of electrical energy that:

  • REMIC II Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) 50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC II Remittance Rate for REMIC II Regular Interest AA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.

  • Waste load allocation means (i) the water quality-based annual mass load of total nitrogen or

  • Taxable Public Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Public Property that are not exempt pursuant to Section E below.
