Definition of Tax Withholding Amount


Tax Withholding Amount means the withholding Taxes owed to any Tax Authority as a result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement with respect to the cancellation of a Stock Option pursuant to a Stock Option Cancellation Agreement.

Examples of Tax Withholding Amount in a sentence

Any subsequent refund to you of any taxes in respect of the original FY07 Incentive Payment will be immediately payable by you to Cognos upon receipt, up to the Tax Withholding Amount.
