Tax Returns. The federal income tax return on Internal Revenue Service Form 1066, U.S. Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduit Income Tax Return, including Schedule Q thereto, Quarterly Notice to Residual Interest Holders of the REMIC Taxable Income or Net Loss Allocation, or any successor forms, to be filed by the Trustee on behalf of each REMIC, together with any and all other information reports or returns that may be required to be furnished to the Certificateholders or filed with the Internal Revenue Service or any other governmental taxing authority under any applicable provisions of federal, state or local tax laws.
Tax Returns means any return, declaration, report, claim for refund, information return or statement or other document required to be filed with or provided to any taxing authority in respect of Taxes, including any schedule or attachment thereto, and including any amendment thereof.
Tax Returns means any and all reports, returns, declarations, claims for refund, elections, disclosures, estimates, information reports or returns or statements required to be supplied to a taxing authority in connection with Taxes, including any schedule or attachment thereto or amendment thereof.

  • Buyer shall duly prepare all (or cause to be prepared) and file (or cause to be filed) all Tax Returns (other than any Seller Return) of the Company and its Subsidiaries that are due (taking into account any extensions of time to file) after the Closing Date (each such Tax Return being a “Buyer Return”).
