Definition of Tax Regulatory Covenants


Tax Regulatory Covenants means any Tax Regulatory Covenants of the Issuer contained in the Supplemental Indenture authorizing the issuance of a Series of Tax Exempt Bonds, setting forth the covenants of the Issuer necessary for the preservation of the excludability of interest thereon from gross income for federal income tax purposes, as such covenants shall be amended from time to time upon written instructions from Bond Counsel.

Examples of Tax Regulatory Covenants in a sentence
